Q. How will I know if Affluent Austin has mailed 60,000 decks?
A: Affluent Austin can provide you with a stamped postal receipt (a Federal document) from the United States Postal Service with the actual date and number of pieces mailed for verification.

Q . Why does Affluent Austin only publish a deck three times a year?
A: This media has a four month shelf life. Consumers like to receive Affluent Austin in their homes and actually save the beautiful, high-quality postcards for use. With Affluent Austin, you get the same results with three ads annually as you would get with four or more ads elsewhere. We partner with you and offer you a product that both benefits your business and saves you advertising dollars. We are here to partner with you to get you the best results possible, not overspend your ad budget to benefit us.

Q . If I advertise with Affluent Austin, must I commit to be in every mailing?
A: Affluent Austin offers you the flexibility to choose which mailing will benefit your company the most. Although we offer discounts for annual contracts, we prefer to have clients decide which mailings and seasons are best for them.

Q . How are the images created for your ads?
A: We employ artists and a photographer for the convenience of our clients. These talented and creative people can create an ad for your use in our deck (we reserve the rights to the use of the art we produce) or can use materials provided by the client to maintain a contiguous marketing campaign.

Q . Does Affluent Austin have letters of recommendation from former clients available for review?
A: Absolutely. It would be our pleasure to show you our many letters of recommendation from advertisers. You will probably be familiar with all of them!

Q. Does every advertiser offer some kind of discount for the ad?
A: Affluent Austin recommends that all advertisers offer some form of incentive for the consumer. Several companies have had success without the use of a discount, but it is the special offer that will generally drive the customer to bring the card into the place of business. That way you, the advertiser can track your results to the penny.
